A year in perspective
“Brazil’s Agenda 2018” Survey and content to a country towards economic recoveryOctober-December | 2017
The current edition of Mundo Corporativo takes a look on the market expectations for 2018, based on the results of the new edition of one of the most robust research projects focused on the business world in Brazil. “Brazil’s Agenda 2018” presents itself as an essential source of information for all decision makers and opinion leaders who seek to understand how organizations are positioned in the Country for the next economic cycle.
To complement the analysis of the survey’s results, we also sought to capture what market players who represent the most diverse sectors of the economy expect. This consolidation is on the panel with large company executives and association representatives, in which they say what they expect for next year – for the Country and their respective market. The result is a pluralistic and generally optimistic vision, of those who lead major movements in building the future of Brazil.
The international market’s vision is also a prominent topic addressed in this edition, since foreign perception of Brazil is fundamental to confirm the resumption of the local economy.
An important activity to unlock the investments flow in the Country – another topic on the Agenda 2018 –, the capital projects gain an increasingly technological and digital perspective, directed at the efficiency and quality of these large enterprises. The telecommunications convergence is another topic in this edition of Mundo Corporativo, approaching how this industry is taking a strong articulating role in the implementation of technology in the most diverse segments.
In this challenging scenario of recent years in Brazil, many emerging companies repositioned their strategies and practices, thus finding a path for growth. Another indicator that conjuncture challenges should not undermine a robust business strategy, mergers and acquisitions in Latin America continued, increasingly taking into account aspects such as transparency of information and the organization’s culture.
We hope that the topics covered in this edition of Mundo Corporativo inspire a year of important decisions in the path for our economy’s resumption.
